Inside Mount Lu is an interactive sound installation. A space where people have to navigate based on auditive sensations only. Their sight is taken away. It's a huge project that involves 8 complex interactive nodes with all kinds of electronics, and a piece of software that manages the communication and sound generation for the nodes.
It's a cooperation with the composer Johannes Westendorp. The project is coproduced with Muzieklab Brabant and stichting Plume and supported by STEIM Amsterdam.

I contribute a video installation that explores the perspective on this war as seen from Youtube. The resource for our eager nowadays to feed ourselves with visual information. An attempt to deduce/recombine this material to a sence of objectivity about living day after day in such a terrorised state.
"De grote beweging" ("The large movement") is a project of Dries Verhoeven for the Festival Boulevard 2006 in 's-Hertogenbosch. A camera hanging at a huge crane turns the reality of the moment in an universal document about mankind and time.
"Blikkensteler" is an interactive installation. Blikkensteler means something like: "thief of your glances" A chance to loose oneself for a few minutes in a in the eyes of a stranger.
A database filling itself, autonomous, with individuals glancing and staring at you. Fascinating to witness how people react on their own image: Revealing, vulnerable, posed, shocked, with a big smile. Enjoy it.
